RingsOnce deploys an AI receptionist (Sarah) to handle inbound phone calls, capture leads, book appointments, and follow up via SMS for your business. Service includes initial deployment, ongoing operation, and integration with Stripe, Twilio, Vapi, Google Sheets/Calendar, and Resend.
Starter includes a 7-day free pilot. No credit card required to start. Cancel before the 7-day window closes and you owe nothing. Continue past the window and your card is charged $67/month thereafter.
Cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your dashboard, or by emailing info@ringsonce.com. Cancellation stops future billing immediately.
We provide best-effort availability but do not guarantee uptime. The service depends on third-party providers (Stripe, Twilio, Vapi, Google, Resend) and outages or degradations of those providers may impact RingsOnce. We're not liable for downstream failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RingsOnce is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to lost revenue from missed calls, dropped calls, AI mishandling, or third-party service outages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the six months preceding the claim.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be held in Franklin County, Ohio, in English, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to active account holders. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
